Cancellation Policy: In-person registration cancellations received in writing on or before September 28, 2026 at 4:00 PM pacific time are refundable with a $25 processing fee. No refunds or credits will be issued after October 2, 2026 but exceptions will be considered for compelling reasons (e.g. personal health emergency). Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. Virtual Registration can be cancelled and refunded less a $10 processing fee any time up to October 2, 2026.
