Our Team
We understand that true sustainability sits on three pillars (profit, people, and planet) and ensure each is addressed in all of our solutions. By bringing together a team of operators, engineers, and environmental specialists, we can look at our clients needs from all angles to find the best solution. Our leadership team consists of 5 employees who collectively have over 130 years of combined facility design experience, and have successfully brought hundreds of composting facilities online around the world.
Environmental Impact
Facilities designed by GMT currently divert roughly 2.5 million tons of organics per year, roughly reducing GreenHouse Gas (GHG) emissions by 1 Million tons of carbon dioxide annually when compared to landfilling - roughly equivalent to all the electricity used by the city of Seattle. Additionally we make sure that none of our designs have adverse effects on groundwater or the surrounding environment in the form of refuse emissions.
