Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received in writing on or before October 1, 2025 at 4:00 PM pacific time are fully refundable but may be subject to a $40 processing fee. No refunds or credits will be issued after October 2, 2025 but exceptions will be considered by the Board for compelling reasons (e.g. personal health emergency). Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.
