Anticipated Questions:

What if health directives change and we cannot exhibit? 
Our goal is to ensure Exhibitors will exhibit even if it means adjusting significantly how we get delegates to be in a room with you one-on-one. If things change, we will work with ALL exhibitors to present solutions that will work for everyone. But if COVID-19 rules against large gatherings for the 2021 exhibition, a full refund or rain-cheque for 2022 will be issued.

Can I sponsor now and then add-on the in-person booth later?
You bet! We know making travel plans with your booth is a big decision when there is uncertainty so you can add the booth on anytime. We think we will have a confident idea what our rules will be in late August). 

Is the virtual side as good as in-person for branding & connecting? 
It is. In person has a high networking / face to face appeal for sure but virtual branding and connecting brings new flexibility and multimedia assets to your pitch. We have some staggering statistics from last year on how marketing assets were viewed more often than what can be achieved in person. We are happy to discuss this and show some stats anytime.

If we cannot be in-person, will we receive a refund for the in-person marketing we lose?
Yes or we will work with you to replace that value in a virtual format. 

Did you raise your sponsorship prices?
Nope. Despite the move to the Victoria Convention Centre, we elected not to increase sponsorship prices this year. It has been a challenging year for so many of our members and our conference patrons, we have kept them at the same level but our delegate pricing changed to reflect the high value we bring with this event.

Can I create my own sponsorship or do an in-kind trade?
We are open to alternative sponsorship discussions for sure. We will consider things in trade for sponsorship as well. Contact us anytime.

When will the exhibition halls be open?
–>Virtual hall opens September 20 and stays open until November 5, 2021
–> In-person Exhibition Hall (Carson Hall A on the Second Floor) will be open October 20/21/22 per the schedule. There is ample time being given for breaks and lunch on Thursday to ensure paced occupancy is accommodated if needed. There will also be an Internet Cafe /Hub planned for inside the hall to give delegates a place to sit and be in the room with all the Exhibitors.

What does the add-on In-person booth include?
Free Wi-Fi, electrical, a table, chairs and some additional refreshments and food for the Exhibitors. We are currently planning for October 20 morning set up, but will work on getting everyone into the hall the evening before.
