Your in-person experience will be at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Victoria Ocean Pointe Resort and your virtual experience will be accessed on our amazing EventMobi virtual platform. All attendees can interact together via chat, live Q&A during plenary sessions, plus all the great sponsor and networking interactions a hybrid event offers.

Students & Grassroots Pricing
Each year, the CWMA Board, with the gracious support of our sponsors, provides a limited number of Grassroots & Student passes at a reduced price for delegates from organizations that depend on grants and donations to operate, or from students that are enrolled in full time studies relating to waste management or the environment. Applications must be received by September 22, 2023 at 4:00 PM pacific time LEARN MORE/APPLY

BOOKING FOR MORE THAN ONE PERSON? You will fill out each registration and an email will be sent to any participants you enter.
Take part in our first ever BOOK EXCHANGE & CLOTHING SWAP. Be sure to commit to bringing items to share and swap!
CAR POOLING is encouraged! Group Car Pooling options will be sent to all in-person delegates in October.
ACCESSIBILITY: We will reach out to all attendees before the event for any accessibility requirements. If you need something to help make your participation at our event better, let us know.
GST EXEMPT? Please email us. We are happy to do an invoice.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations received in writing on or before October 20, 2023 at 4:00 PM pacific time are fully refundable but may be subject to a $40 processing fee. No refunds or credits will be issued after October 20, 2023 but exceptions will be considered by the Board for compelling reasons (e.g. personal health emergency). Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.
