The solid waste management industry is constantly managing new challenges and a dizzying number of opportunities. Every change, whether big or small, good or bad, requires adjustment. 

Here in British Columbia, the last year especially, has seen countless adjustments within industry, in organizations, and for each of us personally. Our resilience and ability to meet change head-on with effective ideas, innovation, and adaptations has always been a hallmark of our success. 

Much of this can be considered a cumulative effect of our collective and collaborative small actions.
