April 17, 2020 – Managing Change in Uncertain Times (special event for members only)

Managing Change in Uncertain Times: Discover the Four Keys of Personal Change Readiness

We are living in an unprecedented and unplanned state of change. It’s easy during this time to quickly feel overwhelmed and stressed. Yet, it doesn’t have to be that way. It is possible, even in the midst of uncertainty and constant change to feel a sense of stability and balance.

In this interactive webinar you will be introduced to the four keys of personal change-readiness. Why readiness? Because as we build our personal change-readiness we build our resilience, improve our capability to manage change and maintain balance and stability during it.

When we are change-ready every change we are able to thrive because of change and not simply survive in spite of it.

In this webinar we will explore the four keys to personal change-readiness to:

  • Discover how your brain responds to change and why it matters
  • Regain a sense of control when you think you have none
  • Discover the secret to never having another bad day
  • Quickly disconnect from the worry-loop and reduce your stress
