From grants to research to entrepreneurial accelerators, there are many programs available to our industry to help us take our waste reduction ideas to the next level, implement new sustainable innovations, build our community capacity for managing waste better, explore circular economic actions, and so much more!  With planned presentations by…

CWMA will highlight a number of available resources and connections for our industry.

Alacrity will tell us about the Plastics Action Fund as well as the Digital Adoption program

Federation of Canadian Municipalities will highlight the Green Municipal Fund

UBC’s Materials and Manufacturing Research Institute will show us ways to collaborate on research and development with a key focus on accelerating the Circular Economy (Ace Program)

PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) who administers the Coast Clean Waters Initiative Fund will also share more about that great program.

Many others are planning to be there to bring more information on other opportunities!
