Book Exchange
For delegates only (sorry, no outside add ons).
Drop Off starts October 25, 8:00 AM and ends October 26, 9:00 AM at our main reception desk.
Exchange Begins: October 26 at 5:30 PM (at the dinner reception) for those who brought books.
The exchange will be open to all others following to ensure we get rid of all the books. Leftover books will be donated. Bring one or two books with you to the conference to exchange! You will receive a ticket for each item you bring so you can take the same number of items back home.
Clothing Swap
For delegates only (sorry, no outside add ons).
Drop Off: October 25, 2023 | 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM in Arbutus B/C
Exchange Begins: October 25 at 5:00 PM in Arbutus A for those who brought items.
The swap will be open to all others following to ensure we get rid of all the clothing. Leftover items will be donated. Bring one or two articles of clothing with you to the conference to include in the swap! Focus on Autumn casual wear or similar. Shirts, pants, vests, jackets, dresses, skirts. No accessories please. You will receive a ticket for each item you bring so you can take the same number of items back home.
